Editorial policy

The rules must be right, the limits must be visible, and the writing must help the player.

Sources

We prefer regulator-hosted rules, casino rulebooks and direct game documentation. Secondary references are used for context, not to overrule a posted casino procedure.

Review

Guides are checked for scoring accuracy, internal consistency and clear exceptions. Dates show when a guide was last reviewed.

Corrections

If you find an error, email corrections@paigowtiles.com. Include the URL and the rulebook or table procedure that supports the correction.

Commercial content

PaiGowTiles.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some links to products on Amazon go through /go/ addresses on this site, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change a rule, a ranking, an odds figure or a house-way explanation. Full details are on the affiliate disclosure page, linked at the foot of every page.

Who is responsible

Greg Parsons edits PaiGowTiles.com. He reviews every guide against the sources listed on the sources page before it is published or updated, and he handles corrections.

Original data

Probabilities on this site are computed from the 32-tile set with the same scoring code that runs the hand calculator and practice trainer. The method and downloadable files are on the odds page.

Dates

The “Updated” date at the top of each guide is the date the page was last reviewed or changed.
